My 8 ATC's finished..all 8 of them. Took the sheet of my practice piece, as I did not need more art hanging around as I do not have any more room...so I decided to used them for the ATCs. I beaded them with all different colored of beads..used metallic thread, multi..for the zig zag. Very pretty, bright and shiny in person. The digital nor the scanner picks it up.
A close up..These are felted metallic threads, lame and any shiny fabric I could use for this practice piece. It is on the other page called Felted Experiments as a whole.

I'm interested you could felt the metallic threads. I broke a needle while trying to do that, but actually I broke needles doing several things, so I don't know what caused it really. I shall soon have spent as much on new needle units as I did on the machine:(

Lol, I know what you mean, my machine when you stop goes back up in a few seconds. I forget about this and this is where I seem to break my needles.
Yes, you are right, by the time we get done adding all our needles cost, we could buy another machine. lol..I have no trouble with metallic thread..it must have been something else you were working on. thank you, Liz. these go out tomorrow. hugs, Lorraine
